The role of the Content Creator is to: Collaborate with the Community Management team (Community Manager working on the client) in the planning of the day-to-day content calendar for your assigned accounts; Lead the creation of content on all associated media from inception to completion, including weekly and bi-weekly content calendars, daily trending or agile content, ad units for social networks, curating and managing resources for deliverables, and ensuring adherence to the timelines, approval processes, brand guidelines and channel best practices.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Learning and adhering to agency processes and procedures
  • Learning and adhering to client processes, procedures and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate in creation of on-going content calendars and in day-to-day execution of content on our client’s social media networks
  • Develop all associated creative and forms of media (copy, photography, video, GIF, stop motion, etc) for client social channels in the agreed upon cadence for each
  • Understanding assigned client social channels as relates to content strategies and following channel activities to remain current on trends within the community
  • Assisting in the development of monthly analytics reports, providing insight into creative approaches and tactics used
  • Monitoring industry trends across client/competitive industries and social media in general
  • Supporting relationships with client personnel and agency partners when appropriate
  • Learn, embrace and live agency core values.


Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Graphic Design or a related field of study
  • 2+ Years Previous agency or related experience is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in creative and design platforms (Adobe Suite, Online Tools)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player mentality with focus on collaboration
  • Internally driven sense of accountability
  • Ability to seamlessly manage responsibilities across multiple accounts
  • Self-motivated with a strong eagerness to learn
